Hands of Hope Foundation (HHF) will visit the prisoners due for release and create opportunities to get into when they serve their term, such opportunities include educational attainment with industry-recognized credentials providers which is essential, housing options and more. Vocational training and educational interventions will be designed to improve the career pathways and earning potential of ex-offenders as they prepare for a new life out of prison.

HHF endeavours to provide them with access to better jobs and skills.

Post-release workforce development services, such as:

2. On-the-job training;
3. Work readiness training;
4. Work experience;
5. Job placement assistance.
