Our Inspiration
These two scriptures are the foundation of our work, the work is huge and hence the reason we ask for support from everyone to join.
Our name came out of Jeremiah 29:11. HHF is a registered charity in the UK that was set up to empower people and bring HOPE through charity.
We believe that when people are given the right opportunity, the necessary tools and with appropriate support, every individual can make a change.
Everyone can be the best they can be and give something back to the community. And this is our mission, to extend a hand of hope like Peter did to the man in the book of Acts chapter 3.

This need in Medway evolved and we started providing more support and services. We are not in this alone; we have great partners like the Kent Community Helpers, Gillingham Street Angels and the Nigerian Community in Kent & Medway. During this difficult time, we have been able to provide food to a lot of families in Medway who need our support for various reasons, including those who are shielding due to COVID- 19.
Since 2015, we have grown from strength to strength. In 2020 we celebrated our 5th year anniversary, and it gave us a real opportunity to see how far we have come. In the last 5 years, we have done so much in the community, shifting our initial focus, and evolving to provide more service.
We now also support the community with…
